Linus Training Services

LINUS provides a comprehensive series of training modules focusing on the provision of services specific to Business Continuity Management.

These training services can be tailored to the specific needs of each organisation or individual based on the maturity and level of understanding and competency of each of the organisation’s key staff seeking the training requirements.

Our “in house” BCM training services include the facilitating and conducting of:

• 1 day end to end BCM training day taking your organisation through our 6 stage methodology from the establishment of a BCM project, the creation of your BCM plans and the ongoing management and maintenance of the BCM plans
• 4 day end to end BCM training taking a more comprehensive approach to our 6 stage BCM methodology and which includes 1 day training session specifically tailored to our BCM software tool, Revive – Note: this course is for Linus Partners only.
• Individual BCM modules conducted as a series of independent 3 hour workshops and which includes the conducting of:
• Business Impact Analysis workshops
• Resource Dependency Analysis workshops
• Risk Assessment workshops

Linus has extensive experience in the provision of various BCM training services and which includes conducting sessions for The Tasmanian Managed Development Fund and The Department for Victorian Communities. Linus has also provided a series of 1 day training sessions for a variety of organisations on behalf of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority including a course specifically catering for one of their clients (Department of Human Services).

These training sessions can accommodate as little as 5 people or considerably larger numbers of audience participation depending on the availability of suitable auditoriums to accommodate large numbers of attendees.

All training sessions are supported by the provision of training materials which each participant will receive and can use as a valuable training guide to support their ongoing BCM requirements.
